Our Story
Chumik’s story begins with wellness — a simple frustration that the herbs and minerals that healed my family for generations were disappearing from everyday life, known only to the elders who still gathered them. In 2025, I set out to change that, with wild-harvested Himalayan herbal tea and pure shilajit from Gilgit-Baltistan.
Every Chumik product starts in the wild valleys of Gilgit-Baltistan — hand-picked by local foragers who know exactly which plant, which mineral, which season, which altitude to look for. Nothing is farmed. Nothing is blended just to stretch supply.
What reaches you is the same plant, the same resin, prepared the way mountain communities have trusted for generations. Start with Shamdun, or with shilajit — either way, it’s the same standard, the same source.
